Appointments may be made through www.manhattannailssalon.com, email or  over the phone. Please call us directly at +1 (646) 882-7333.

If you selected to be contacted through email, we will respond within 24 hours from an email address manhattannailssalon@gmail.com. the case that you do not receive a response email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. 

RESERVATIONS

① When requesting a gel manicure appointment, please tell us the following: 

・Whether or not you need a soak-off

・If you have a gel manicure from another salon currently on your nails

・Whether or not you want designs or artwork

Notice: Due to soak-off and fill-in methods varying by gel type or manufacturer, there may be an additional charge for soaking off for filling in gel manicures done at another salon. Please let us know when you make the reservation.

② When making a reservation for the first time, you will need to put a credit card number on file, so please have a card handy.

③ First time clients are only able to make reservation slots up to 2 hours. If you have a special request, please let us know in advance. 

 

Please arrive with minimum of 20 minutes in advance of salon treatments. Service will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

 

CANCELATIONS 

 

We do require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice to avoid a last-minute cancelation if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last minute cancelations/No call, No show-up will be subject to a 100% service - cancelation fee. Please make sure to get ahead of us more than 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a last-minute cancelation.

 

We will not honor future reservations of No-show customers.

 

REFUNDS  

 

All service sales and gift card sales are final. If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.

 

GUARANTEE 

 

Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 business days after your appointment, excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first seven days please call/text us to schedule a free repair. Please remember that nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind of your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after service.

Modifying or cancelling a reservation

Our salon is by appointment only. In order to accommodate all clients comfortably, we have the following rules in place. Due to seat and staff limitations, please try to avoid cancellations as much as possible.

・Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service charge. Please be sure to select a day for your visit when you are certain you can make it in.

・If you have a 2+ hour slot for your first appointment with us and cancel it on the same day, there is a chance that we will not be accommodate you in the future.

・If you have a history of multiple same-day cancellations or no-shows, there is a chance that we will not be able to accommodate you for future appointments.
